	Direct Microfilm Services offers competitively priced service options for a comprehensive range of Microfilm and Fiche Readers, Reader Printers and Cameras.
	Maintenance Contracts are designed to suit individual applications and are based on regular and thorough servicing to Manufacturers Service Schedules. Priority is given by fully trained engineers to attend to equipment breakdown. This arrangement is covered by a single annual tariff competitively priced depending upon the level of cover required and the usage of the equipment.
	Callout Facilities are offered on an “Ad Hoc” basis on Equipment not having a planned maintenance program. These are competitively priced on a Time & Material basis and we try to respond as quickly as possible. Our engineers are trained to fix most faults encountered. An engineers car kit of spare parts enables us to repair 95% of service calls at the first visit.
	We also supply equipment and, because we are independent, we have the ability to be flexible in meeting your requirements from different suppliers. We have the great advantage of being able to give impartial advice, and as our experience of different microfilm applications is broad, we can provide custom-made solutions to your satisfaction.
